Description

In Qt 5.9.x through 5.15.x before 5.15.9 and 6.x before 6.2.4 on Linux and UNIX, QProcess could execute a binary from the current working directory when not found in the PATH.

introduced by: https://codereview.qt-project.org/gitweb?p=qt%2Fqtbase.git;a=commit;h=28666d167aa8e602c0bea25ebc4d51b55005db13 which seems to have been introduced in Qt 5.10, not 5.9 as the CVE description suggests.
