As the OpenStack ecosystem continues to grow rapidly, so too does our OpenStack Interoperability Lab. It tests and validates the interoperability of hardware and software in a purpose-built lab, giving Ubuntu OpenStack users the reassurance and flexibility of choice. Today, we welcome PMC-Sierra, Inc. to OIL.

PMC is a semiconductor and software solutions provider for networks that connect, move and store big data. Its storage products combine high port count and leading performance with power efficiency that are fundamental to enabling scale-out data centres.

Kurt Chan, vice president of storage technology and strategy for PMC’s Enterprise Storage Division says; “Working with the OpenStack Interoperability Lab as a cloud ecosystem partner will ensure that PMC solutions can be deployed seamlessly across a wide variety of Ubuntu OpenStack configurations.”
